I love this grill. Very well thought out and designed! I would love to see a 3-4ft long commercial model that I could use in my restaurant.

One of the main reason I got the Yak Grill is so I can make traditional yakitori at home. I've made yakitori several time in the past and have either cooked it on my gas grill on an electric grill. The meat will usually end up dry or burnt as it is making direct contact with the metal grill. The tare sauce will also burn due to pooling. With the Yak Grill and rods, I can better control the cook and the yakitori ends up, crispy, juicy, and with a hint of smoke just like how you'd get them at a yakitori shop in Japan.
