Refund policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (new, unopened, and unused) with all included parts, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your Order # and/or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@yakgrills.com for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We can provide a prepaid return label, for a fee, which would be deducted from your refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Unfortunately, 'final sale' items and gift cards are not refundable.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to process and inspect your return, and up to 3 additional business days for the refund be processed by your bank or payment provider.

Foreign Transaction Fees
Some U.S. credit cards may charge a foreign transaction fee. This fee is not charged by YAK GRILLS and we sell in USD. We recommend you check with your credit card company on their policy, or use another payment method such as PayPal.
