Great grate !
The gate is high quality stainless steel, like the Yak is made of. I haven't cooked on this style of grate before. It's my new favorite to cook burgers on. Get it Hot, and it provides wide sear marks with all the flavor charcoal grilling.
The weather here has been pretty bad, but I can't wait to try pork chops or steak next.

Solid grill grate!
I received the grate and it is very heavy and solidly constructed. I highly recommend this upgrade to the Hibachi, and in fact, will likely be doing all my grilling on it. Can't wait to use it!

It's as well made as the grill is, and that's saying something. It fits right on top with a small insert so it won't move, and will certainly hold up to some burgers or other large cuts of meat that you won't be skewering.
