So far so good!!! The packaging and quality is all first class. I’m still learning the amount of charcoal needed. I’ll try less next time and see how it works. All materials are beautiful and heavy duty. Happy with the cost benefit so far.

Amazing grill. Just the weight of the shipping box was impressive. Stainless steel is used throughout. I’ve been cooking using binchotan charcoal and have absolutely no warping of any kind. If you’ve been wanting a yakitori grill or just a small charcoal grill this is the one to get. There is a competitor grill that I was looking at as well but am extremely happy with the YAK grill.

Nothing beats the char and smoke from the charcoal grill. Chimney starter and the grill is well built. I light my Thaan charcoal with the chimney on my gas side burner and it would be ready in 15 minutes. Awesome grill and I’m now learning to do a proper yakitori. Highly recommend!

First off, I''d like to say that I love the grill. The best grill I've ever used 5/5.
The bundle as a whole, could be better.
The inclusion of a silicone mat and handle grips were a great addition, wish I could say the same for the Firestack Duo. There's a severe design oversight on the Firestack duo as both accessories have handle that are made of plastic. I don't know whose idea it was to put plastic on the lid of a charcoal extinguisher and a chimney. Lo and behold, after storing some lit charcoals in it, I come back the next day to see the handle on the extinguisher fused on the top of the lid. It's only a matter of time where the same thing happens to the charcoal chimney's handle.
Other than the firestack duo, all other accessories included were just fine -- maybe the tongs could use a longer version other than the 4 of the same length that's included.

This grill is really nice quality and well made.It works really great! All the extras are great also (purchased separately). One complaint would be that the plastic handle MELTED on the lid of the hot coal/ash bucket,specifically sold for this that I only used once. I was Surprised and shocked being only used once and following instructions that this happened. Otherwise it's pretty good.

Great looking and functional. Using Fire Stack duo to start coal, caused plastic handle to meld??? Design failure or charcoal too hot? Other than that, it would be nice if metal bars would be included, or optioned when purchasing. They are very useful for Yakitori cooking..

So I bought one for personal use and after using it, I purchased another to use in our cooking challenge classes at Cass Winery. The two photos I sent are from the cooking challenge. We did for 16 young ladies having a bridal shower cooking challenge. It was awesome. They worked great. They were easy to clean easy to store. Thanks for a great product.

Overall a great purchase. There are some things I wish were done (design wise) to accommodate half yakitori and half for other items, but otherwise it’s a great grill. Perfect for social grilling or for 2-4 people.
I wouldn’t recommend the silicone mat though, the grill just burned through.
Skewers are great - no complaints.
I’d def add a chain mail scrubber to this set as well to help get gunk off.

Grilled fish on Friday and Steaks on Saturday. Grill did an excellent job on both. Couldn't believe how cool the grill stayed on the bottom. Used the firestarters and Thaan charcoal. Both were easy to use. Love the tabletop setup. Can't wait to use the skewers as a group. Like a summer time fondue pot!
